Continuing to follow the progress of the two eggs we have been watching, in the previous videos (#1 and #2)..... the larvae are continuing to grow at a fast rate and the nurse bees continue feeding them a mixture of pollen and honey. Notice that the adjoining cells which are further advanced, have now been capped off to proceed to the pupa (cocoon) stage. The bees build the cap from wax secreted from the abdomen of the young nurse bees. It won't be long now before the two cells we are focused on are also capped off.
